Official websiteFrom the airport
Most visitors fly into Doha's international airport and drive south to Mesaieed, which takes about an hour by taxi, ride-hailing car or rental car.
Getting around
There is no practical public transport to the resort, so plan on a rental car, taxi or ride-hailing app, and leave the dunes to a 4x4 with an experienced driver.
Local tips
- Swimwear is fine on the beach and at the pools, but cover shoulders and knees elsewhere, including in Mesaieed and Doha.
- The resort has separate family and bachelor pools, so check which one applies to your group.
- Weekends (Friday and Saturday) are busy with residents, so book chalets and safaris ahead.
- From May to September daytime heat goes above 40°C, so do outdoor activities early or late in the day and carry water.
