Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars or in the currency of the payment provider at checkout. Taxes are added where the law requires them. Membership gives you every members-only guide in all four languages and ad-free reading. See membership.
Automatic renewal
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Every payment is followed by an email receipt, and you can download your invoices from My account.
Free trial
New members get a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method at the start, but nothing is charged during the trial.
- Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged at all.
- If you don't cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends and your 14-day refund window starts on that day.
- The trial is available once per person.
14-day refund for new members
If you're not happy with your membership, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, with no questions asked. This applies once per account.
How to ask for it: email info@sereyan.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Refund". We confirm by email and refund to the original payment method. When the money reaches you depends on your bank and the payment provider, usually 5 to 10 working days. After a refund, your membership ends immediately.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from My account, or from the payment provider's customer page where it is available. After cancelling:
- you won't be charged again;
- you keep members-only access until the end of the period you have already paid for;
- renewal payments after the first are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
You can rejoin at any time; a new free trial isn't offered again.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we email you so you can update your payment method. Access continues for a short grace period while the payment provider retries. If the payment still fails, members-only access is paused until it succeeds, and your account stays open.
Price changes
A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for. If we change the price of your plan, we'll email you before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
Payment providers
Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout (for example Stripe, PayPal, Tap Payments, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy). When Paddle or Lemon Squeezy is used, they act as the seller of record and their own buyer terms also apply. We never see or store your card details.
Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; we can usually resolve problems faster by email. If a payment is reversed by a chargeback, members-only access ends for the period concerned.
