In short
- Errors that change the meaning of a guide are corrected and listed below, newest first.
- Typos, broken links and wording changes are fixed without a public note.
- Report an error with the button at the end of any guide, or by email.
What we list here
We list corrections that change what a reader would understand or do: a wrong fee, date or document, a rule that no longer applies, a health recommendation stated incorrectly, or a source that didn't say what we wrote. Each entry names the guide, the date of the correction and what changed.
We don't list spelling and grammar fixes, broken links, updated photos or rewording that doesn't change the meaning. When a guide is updated because the official rules changed, rather than because we made a mistake, the guide's "Last reviewed" date changes but it isn't listed as a correction.
How we handle a report
- We read every report. Reports sent with the button at the end of a guide reach our editors with the page attached.
- We check the source. An editor compares the guide with the official source and, where needed, with the source you suggest.
- We correct all four languages. Our guides share one set of facts, so a correction is made in every language version at the same time.
- We record it. If the error changed the meaning, it is listed on this page. If you left an email address, we tell you what we did.
How to report an error
Use "Report an error" at the end of the guide, or email info@sereyan.com with the page link. Tell us what is wrong and, if you can, where you found the correct information; a link to an official page helps us fix it faster. Errors in destination pages and trip plans (a closed attraction, a changed price) can be reported the same way.
Our wider approach to accuracy is described in our editorial standards.
