Before you go

Entry and visas

Citizens of Visa Waiver Program countries, including the UK, most of the EU and Qatar, need an approved ESTA, which costs $40 since 30 September 2025; apply at least 72 hours before travel on the official CBP site. Others, including Indian, Saudi and Emirati citizens, need a visitor visa, and appointment waits can be long.

From the airport

Orlando International Airport has direct flights from the Gulf and Europe; the parks are 20 to 30 minutes away by car. Brightline trains link the airport with Miami.

Getting around

Rent a car or use ride-hailing; many hotels near the parks run shuttles.

Local tips

  • Buy park tickets online in advance; prices vary by day.
  • Afternoon thunderstorms are near-daily in summer.
  • Stay near the parks you'll visit most to save time.
  • Plan rest days; a week of back-to-back parks is exhausting.
